All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Shipping costs and other delivery fees are non-refundable and are not covered by Nature’s Bounty Jewelry.

Quality Inspection

Every piece is inspected for quality, construction, and appearance before being sold or shipped. Because our jewelry is handmade, minor variations, natural imperfections, and differences in shape, size, color, or texture may occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handmade and natural-material jewelry and are not considered defects.

Handmade & Natural Materials

Our jewelry may contain natural materials such as sea glass, shells, stones, flowers, and other natural or delicate materials. These materials can vary from piece to piece and may have natural imperfections. Customers are responsible for handling and caring for their jewelry appropriately.

Manufactured Components

Some pieces may include manufactured components such as chains, clasps, findings, ear wires, posts, or other purchased components. These components are not handmade by Nature’s Bounty Jewelry and may be subject to normal wear and tear. We do not provide refunds for failure or damage to manufactured components.

If a manufactured component needs to be replaced, we may be able to replace it at the customer’s expense for the cost of the replacement component, depending on availability and the circumstances.

Damage, Wear & Breakage

Nature’s Bounty Jewelry is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, excessive force, snagging, pulling, bending, dropping, exposure to chemicals or harsh substances, water damage, improper storage, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Jewelry should be removed before sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising, or participating in activities where it may be exposed to excessive force, moisture, chemicals, or impact.

Because every piece is inspected before sale, damage occurring after purchase does not automatically indicate a defect in craftsmanship.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing and wearing Nature’s Bounty Jewelry, the customer accepts responsibility for using and caring for the jewelry appropriately and understands that handmade jewelry and natural materials can be delicate.

Customers should inspect their jewelry before wearing it and discontinue use if a piece becomes damaged, loose, sharp, or otherwise unsafe.

Concerns & Repairs

While we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or repair, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If you experience a problem with your jewelry, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each situation individually and do our best to work with you toward a reasonable solution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
