No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Each piece is individually crafted, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, and shape are part of what makes your jewelry special and are not considered defects.
Order Accuracy:
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Be sure that all details—including item selection, sizing (if applicable), and shipping information—are correct.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at the “Contact us” bar on our page. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control. However, we’re happy to help guide you through filing a claim if needed.
